I used the glitch to make Jackson a three star power back at 99 overall by week 3 and power backs max out at 87 speed. He was getting first downs for days but caught from behind constantly. Wish I would have made him an elusive back I think they fixed the glitch since then
you need to invest more energy in 'training' in your weekly schedule. That is what gives you skill points to upgrade your overall etc. The training you have been doing in this video is about gaining coach trust - which will get you the opportunity to compete to move up the roster.
