- A once-in-a-life experience to the mysterious Havasupai Falls deep in Grand Canyon.
We had a big group of 20 hiked down and spent 3 days there. The camping permit was extremely hard to get but the beauty of Havasupai worth every effort you made for it.

One of the best hikes I've done. And diving into the pool of water from behind the falls. Amazing. God's country.

Truly an experience of a lifetime. Went there is 1987 and got a once in a lifetime chance to actually stay in the village for 3 days with friends. An incredible video you shot. It is an incredible place!
I'm from Oxnard, California. Went there on my Girl Scout senior trip in 1971. We were a group of 6, and there were maybe 6 others hikers at the campground. Earned $ for the trip by collecting and selling newspapers to be recycled. ($17/ton) Thanks for the video!

We couldn t get there unfortunately because it was closed due to covid restrictions. Must be an experience of a lifetime.
They’ve reopened it! Passes for this year are sold out but there are people who are selling their passes. I know someone selling two for 26/27 of this month since they’re unable to make it

I helicoptered into Havasupai Village in 2018 Hiked down to the camps ground for 4 days Words cannot explain the beauty in that those waterfalls Im so happy I got the chance to do this
Great job! It's been over 30 years since I backpacked in with my sister and friends. The hike into the village still looks the same. The falls looks great. There was a huge flood about 2 years after we hiked in and that changed the landscape. The multiple falls were more pronounced and it looks like u might still have to climb down the ladder, but wasnt sure. I saw u went down the tunnel. Thanks for sharing! Still beautiful!

It is ten miles in and another 3 to the campsite. I hope you like backpacking.
I thought it was 10 hours? Either way....no thanks. I'd collapse way before I get there.
It’s 8 miles to Supai village and 2 miles to the falls. Once you hit the falls, the campsites start appearing and you can find an available spot.
You have to get ah camping permit ?
To everyone planning to hike out ,last 2 miles are brutal .make sure if your backpack it's not heavy at all .

@@noahlopez6778 That land is owned by the Havasupai tribal Indians. Not the U.S. government. So you would have to get the ok from them. You can probably hike there for the day, but to stay there any longer than the day, you have to get permission for that. You can walk on their property, you just can't stay

Tell me please if you booked once on the spot without being or if you succeeded by phone? because we have been trying for months without success and we have to go in June. In addition, their new website, which can be booked from the 1st of February, was already full on the 1st of February until December. Which is technically impossible in a few hours ...
Oh yes it is, I went 10 years ago and the entire campground was booked for 3 months in advance.

Would love to do this but unfortunately due to the super high price of everything to go here and jumping through all the hoops with having to reserve and plan months ahead of time, Idk if I'll ever get the chance
Note that you have to get a permit through the tribe to go there which could take years
