I'm afraid men in too many churches are lazy for lack of a better word and would rather pay a singular pastor and expect him to do it all and a lot of men are happy to earn a living being a singular pastor. As you teach, it is clearly wrong and it's clear in the new testament how things were done and how they should be today.
