I have traveled to more than 50 countries in the world. But Turkey fascinated me. We decided to live here with my family. I have been living in Turkey for 4 years. Turkish people are very polite and hospitable.
I had prolonged stay in Turkey that was originally a lay over. I have to say it’s been my favorite place in the world. It was the most magical surprise that filled up my souls with colors and so much goodness!! 🎉

I was recently in Cabo and I was approached in broad daylight (like 10 times) by people selling drugs, that never happened while I was in Turkey. I felt safe the entire week, I am so glad I went. People were the sweetest I’ve ever met and the food was great. I can’t wait to go back!

Istanbul got me hooked quickly with its endless history, chaos of 18 million people, the cat culture and the delicious food!!! The pre-sunrise views of Asia over the Bosphorus and then turning to watch Sultanahmet slowly brighten from the long waterfront walkway in Galataport became my morning ritual. Oh i miss that. Pure magic!

@@asker9172 well, I studied in one of the top universities, had shit ton of experience before graduation and now I’m employed as a full-time engineer. I can hardly afford rent + food in the shittiest place in Istanbul. No prospect of buying a house or a car or any investment. Living in germany also has some negatives but don’t ever think about comparing the quality of life between Türkiye and Germany.

So I was trying to decide my next solo trip and I had Istanbul as a potential destination... I definitely had my doubts for sure, but I think your video might have helped put it near to the top.

Kültürleri arasında büyük fark olduğu halde...Bu ülke, savaştan kaçıp gelen her Ukraynalı ve Rus olan insana da kapısını açtı.Hatırlatırım... 90'lı yıllarda Halepçe katliamından kaçan kürt'lere de kapısını açmıştı. Ve çok sayıda kürt iltica etmişti. Fakat o zaman kimse Turgut Özal'ı eleşirmemişti böyle!

Go to anadoluhisari one of the oldest arda of İstanbul...everyone shows taksim,grand bazaar etc.. go and find places noone shows...anadoluhisari, kanlıca, beykoz ,Üsküdar ,beylerbeyi,cengelkoy etc.... Good luck 🇹🇷❤️
