basic question on all rakyat mind right now:
i. does yusuf have past police record with all the stuff he have when arrested? either he use it or got arrested bcs complicit?
ii. does PDRM have police car dashcam or body cam when yusuf car been go through by them?
iii. PDRM need to show how the officer get the evidence in that car to slash off the statement have been made by yusuf lawyer.
iv. are this case is another political persecution have been done just to cover some vvip? all rakyat knew that sue cases of PMX will be heard next year which yusuf have file years before.
v. PDRM need to do investigation on officer that made the car search on investigation if there are no supervisor, body cam or any video to show in court.
vi. with all corrupt cases that show in media on some of PDRM officer, this issue will be controversy issue weeks to come.. within this year, almost every month shown in media there are police officer who corrupt were arrested..
PDRM need to make unbiased statement and need to show to rakyat which:
i. is yusuf arrest is following SOP and law.
ii. is the evidence procurement follow SOP and law..
iii. either pdrm do investigation towards officer that do the evidence procurement and record the investigation to use on the court
if pdrm take this thing lightly, media backlash can be seen within weeks from now..
perception in rakyat mind have been implemented,
i. why mcmc try to control media?
ii. why mcmc try to control internet DNS?
the path im looking at right now, is scary… in the future if any bad politician misuse the law that government right now try to implement, we cant do anything… no information and no ways to move forward.. we have too many corrupt gov officials still and the law seem to cover most of them..
Look at the big picture, not surprised at all.. guns & drugs, usual items easily planted to frame someone.. especially to who's on the high profile case...
What high profile case ? HE.. this guy has retracted his accusations on PMX of sexual assault a year back lah .. and was asked to pay PMX RM 5K
