my dad worked for Hammond and at one time was pretty much the bext Hammond tech in the world. Not bragging, just saying. he also plays. I grew up with Hammonds and players all around me. But I went for guitar and never learned it. Listening to you makes me wish I had paid more attention to those guys.

I feel you! The best way to learn everykey is by training your hands and your mind to remember your fingering in different keys. The Chords are the same but your fingering is odd and different! Take the main chords to a great song and practice the fingering in a odd key like D E and you will learn that most song have similar chord in everykey! Thats how i learned how to play in all keys! SO REMEMBER YOUR FINGERING

I use a lot of substitutions in my chording and the key of "A" is a good one to do so. SO many choices! Love ya!
