Hello friends,
Today I am going to show you how we designed a compact 1 BHK. Interior designing of a compact 1BHK is very difficult as we have to be very precise about our priorities and requirements because we cannot have unnecessary storages. this is a 280 sqft (or 275 whatever is correct) SRA flat at Santacruz in Mumbai.
I have designed this in sketchup 2018 and rendered animation in Lumion 8.

Your design is good, but to rate it we need to knw the cost.. A person who has 280 sq of room will not spend 10 lakhs.. So only of you give the cost turn only actual rating can be determined. 👍
