Isabela to Ilocos Norte Family Road Trip 2022 Part 3: Pagudpud to Laoag City

This is part 3 of our short family trip to Northern Philippines.
We are making our way from Cabagan to Laoag Airport where we will be flying back to Manila. After staying the night at Pannzian, we headed over to Saud Beach in Pagudpud, then to Bangui Windmills, Cape Bojeador, and had a 4WD adventure in the Sand Dunes of Laoag. We will also went for a quick visit to Paoay Church.
