U-Tube putting t ads in is actually a blessing.. coz I can put into practice all of Eckharts teaching . Like watching my thoughts saying things like " there shouldn't b Ads" or watching my corresponding emotions . Everything is there to help me wake up.
@2CheekyRabbits hey that's the first time I've noticed his initials are the same as extra terrestrial..sometimes I think eckhart amazing abilities make me think..is he from another planet and incarnated to teach peace here. The universe knows we needed some exit that didn't involve stopping hard lessons by jumping off a bridge with anxiety and helplessness or depression. He's been such a blessing in my life and got me through some of my life's worst challenges. First was a bad addiction and the second fighting for a newborn son that was taken at birth because I stupidly confided in a social worker. All I needed was.so your going to be a single parent..your just going through some hormonal changes he's see how you go and they could have supported me at home. Nope baby straight to foster care. I had 2 years of clear samples showing I was addicted to nothing and the support of addictions workers I had sought help from to prove the point I was capable. There was a terrible stigma and they submitted to a judge I was a risk of neglect!!for months she watched me buy all I needed. Andi don't have it in my personality to neglect anybody humannor animal. I had another son who is 21 but obviously well brought up. Sw will and can frame you any way they like. They just leave your capabilities out and cast up past problems that most have. Had I known that getting help for addiction would cost me and my son a year of bonding..I'd never have trusted them either. I've been through a long tortured year feeling like a criminal for no reason. Told I had free speech only to find my life made harder if I did. Whatever happened I had to fir my sons sake so I've had to be silent and just do everything they ask. 4 hour journey to see my son everyday. At last I have him at home from 10am till 5pm where someone else puts him to bed..it's just silly. If I can feed and care all day it's time I didn't have to do this 4 hour trip even twice a week..but one is at their mercy however authentic and kind as most is here are. It's so unfair one person judges you with a badge and you can't protect yourself from lies by omission and gaslighting judges..I wasn't even allowed to present my answer to her allegations or should I say potential. Imagine being punished for crimes one nasty person who doesn't know you thinks you might commit?! I did not go away as expected..they thought id give up if they out him as far as possible and offered just 6 hours a week..awful. thank god I can meditate with eckhart as I just sit in fear sometimes as I honestly did nothing to harm or wrong my boy. If they didn't believe my words I thought..is that so and just behaved the way I would have anyway..travelling Mike's in the cold for my son..OK. as long as he never has to grow up thinking his mum rejected him because I've went through he'll the last year to orovevim capable and I'd do anything for my baby..that person was wrong but of course they won't want her to be..they'd rather be right and have a young child thinking he has no mum that ever cared..I want have it. I'll do all I can. If nothing it's taught me to bear unfair weight with humility and perseverance.
I know..nothing worse than meditating to eckhart and it's something like stillness speaks or a half hour of sitting in presence which I listen on repeat..everytime some blasting cheesy advert comes on..eckhart would probably say.like the loud motorcycle noise outside or grass cutters..incorporate it into your practise. I hate it personally.
