      She has only got the attention she gets now through marrying the ginger whinger. But for that, she would be just another unemployed actress. She said she gave up everything when she gave up nothing (apart from one of her dogs). Her role in Suits was finished and she lived in rented accommodation. The whinger is the one who gave up everything, including his loving family. She's absolutely despicable.

    New subscriber here…i had a narcissist boss who attacked me, it was shocking…i then watched so many RUclips videos on narcissists….how to navigate.
    I told my coworker I believed the boss to be a covert narcissist…that my plan was to lie low. My coworker continued to confront her….my coworker had her job dissolved and our boss did nothing to help her find a new position, nor did anyone else because the narcissist had convinced everyone of lies about my coworker.
    My boss retired 2 months ago, I’m still employed, I have a fantastic new boss…I survived.
    I feel for the BRF, because regardless of how they tried to accept her in, she wasn’t willing to join as a member, she wanted to join as one of the bosses, she’s incapable of having humility or compassion…her acting suffered because she doesn’t know how to listen to what someone is saying….she dismisses people, she is always the smartest in the room, and that included QE2, the longest reigning monarch ever. She’s a joke to not under she was next to greatness. Love your insight, binging on your videos!

    You know what makes it bad acting? As a normal person - (and I was an Executive Assistant for years and yes, you did get hit on but you don't confront the person), one would process what the person was saying to you. She basically rehearsed her lines and instead of registering what he was saying to her and evoked an emotion, she immediately had some comeback spiel (just watch Helen Mirren's MasterClass where she talks about this) - and it's interesting how Meghan says she was objectified in Deal or No Deal, but then takes a role in which she is 'ogled'. And I agree, I just don't like the Patrick Adams character.

    I loved the show Burn Notice on USA Network, so I watched the first season of Suits when it first came out. I can only remember my initial reaction when I first saw Meghan was that I thought she was very pretty and thought it refreshing that she had a unique look and was unsure of what her ethnicity was. I thought maybe part Asian or hispanic but never thought black until her father (who is black on the show) came later on. I only watched the first season b/c when it got to the end, it was so soapy and over-sexualized imo. Like they do it in a library?? How lame is that?
    Anyways, so when she first started dating Harry, I was one of the few (relatively speaking) who knew who she was, and I was quite surprised. I can't remember when exactly I stopped liking her, but I think it was the engagement interview. That was awful!! 🤢

    I thought shows had directors and writers. It's their jobs to mold the actors, isn't it?

      Fair - yeah I think the overacting was in the whole thing. Her acting is similar/worse elsewhere honestly

    • @Susan-vl8ts
      @Susan-vl8ts 11 месяцев назад +4

      A good writer would have changed that interaction to - something like 'Ok, well I'm here to give you your Orientation, so let's get started' and completely ignored the Patrick Adams character obnoxious response to seeing her for the first time. And feminist Meghan brags about her Rachel character, a character that is clearly being objectified.

    She really is a very bad actress. I have never seen even one episode of "Suits" and had never heard of it until the "engagement interview" and bad acting in that, too, if she were trying to come off as genuine - oops - I mean "authentic" or is it "organic".....🙄

    Her acting was very grating. Who wrote this and directed it? Was this their best work? I'm glad I gave up all tv two years ago. A soap opera I watched for over forty years had deteriorated writing so I said that's enough and reevaluated where I spent my money. it seems like commercial products are just trying to cram stuff down your throat and call it entertainment. No thanks.

    She was pretty dippy for the first couple of seasons, but did get a lot better, he did get better too. His character was a damaged person, so they wrote in hints. Same with hers. Later on in the series, her dad yells at her and says "you're acting like a teenager." Suits was strangely good despite all the ignoring and put downs by the public.
