What if you have more than just a Low and High item for each factor? How do you randomize those settings? I have up to 10 possible options for a single factor.

Please consider only the low and high settings during DOE design. Based on the significance of curvature you can optimize the best level for each factor.

Hi, I need to use plackett Burman method but one factor at a time. Is it possible?

The Plackett-Burman design is used for Screening Experiments. It can't be used for one factor.
Please use ANOVA General Linear Model methods for it like Latin Square Design or Randomized Completely Block Design.

Thanks for the video. But i really need your explanation regarding the numbers of run. I already follow the total runs=12 & center point=3 so my total runs=15 . How come it could be 17 runs & only have 1 center point on your video?

Sure, can you please help me to understand your model.
No. of factors, levels, blocks, and Center points.

@@learnandapply Thanks for the reply. I just use the same factor as per show in the video ( duplicate all same step & factor) No Factor =7 Level =2 Center point =3 ( as per shown in your video sir )
