Very interesting! Could you tell us more precisely where in the Kupiškis area this is? Roughly which village, for example?

It is a region in Northern Lithuania, and Kupiškis is a town and center of administrative region. You can find it on Google Maps. Traditional beer is made in Northern Lithuania. Regions of Kupiškis, Biržai, Pasvalys, Pakruojis. The principle of these beers is +- the same, but as I brewer, I can tell that beers in there areas are different too, probably because of water. Biržai is known for the strongest beer :) Probably because the water is "think" and it is hard to make a light tasty beer with it (like Czech pilsener). We even have a saying that one mug is too little and two mugs might be already too much :)

@@antakalnietiskalnietis4163 Thank you for the answer. I am a researcher of this type of beer, and if I can find out where, roughly, this video is from I can use it for my research, but right now I cannot. If anyone knows where this video is from I would grealy welcome tips.
Tips about other brewers is also very welcome.
