holy shit, nathan's ability to survive is unreal. He survived a pirate ship in the middle of a storm, a crashing plane, walking in the desert, sleeping in the desert, getting shot at AFTER walking in the desert, and so on so forth. Indiana Jones has nothing on this guy. shit's cray cray, man.
Getting on that plane and having it crash gives me chills every time, That whole plane and desert sequence is one of my all time favorite memories from a video game.
Hey! I made a tribute for UC3, were Nate has to "defeats" his demons and fix the realtionship with Elena. If you wanna see it i would be glad, im not looking for suscribers or any of that. PS: i put the plane crash scene :P
Drake and Elena were married sometime between Uncharted 2 and 3. At some point, Elena tried to get Drake to stop being so obsessed with Sir Francis and Marlowe, but he couldn't, so he decided to walk away from their marriage in order to focus on solving this mystery.
Wasn't it rather the breaking of the genie bottle on the bottom of the water pool and releasing these trapped spirits that coincided with the tower shooting?
I don't think I'd want atlantis right after Atlantis of the sands. I want something I never would have thought of. Uncharted 2 and 3 were really unique in that way.
"Here's the thing, We don't get to choose how we start in this life. Real 'greatness' is what you do with the hand you're dealt." One of the best quotes I've ever hear in my life.
You can tell by the way elena says "me? me walk away? that's funny" that Nate walked away from the marriage...there were subtle clues that I didn't notice the first time around but have now
Yes, Marlowe could have totally pulled a picture with Nate and "an unknown dude" we'd discover is Sam in Uncharted 4. The desert would have been a good opportunity too, like Nate having an hallucination of Sam...
He was, obviously, but yeah, having anything to make it less obvious would have helped. But his sudden appearance was still kind of weird, which is why I wonder if they could have found any other plot device than "Nate's long-lost brother whom he never mentioned once before now" for the last game.
I have a feeling it's already being made, for PS4. Naughty Dog has 2 teams. After Uncharted 2,one team worked on Uncharted 3 and the other team started The Last of Us. After Uncharted 3 finished, the Uncharted team must have started working on another game. So the team that made Uncharted 3 has been secretly working on a game since 2011 while the other team worked on Last of Us. I'm fairly certain this game will be Uncharted 4, and I'm fairly certain it will come out for PS4, within a year.
Well, I mean, he made off with a bunch gold at the end of Uncharted 1, even though he didn't get the El Dorado statue, so essentially he got what he was looking for in the first place.
Hopefully in the 4th one he makes it out with the treasure he was looking for in the game. I think it's the last Uncharted game, so good chance he will finally collect his reward.
Ryan Smith Yes. I'm going to start work on the movie after I complete my Crushing playthrough, which I will be streaming. Currently about 70% done with my second playthrough.
@@vononcyka4702 "I thought you were going to point that at the back of my head and start telling me about the rabbits." >> It's a reference to Of Mice and Men, where George tells Lenny about the rabbits he wants to raise on a farm after they save enough money. I love how the movie ended with them talking about parachutes and then the credits cut to a crashed plane XDD I know it's not the same one, but still.. xD
I love how he chooses to throw all of the plane's cargo at one guy (the guy he clearly can beat-down), blows up the plane as a result (which by the way, is his only way to Sully), parachutes into the middle of the desert and says : "This is not good". Oh my God, Nathan! You're a genius! :))
Personally, I think we got enough Sully backstory with Uncharted 3, but if they wanted to do something with a single player DLC missing then sure that'd be cool. Personally, I want Uncharted 4 to have a lot more Elena. She was hardly in UC3.
I've noticed in each three games the same thing happens. They stumble upon something big to go after, they run into bad guys,Nate questions giving up,and then they get their nerve back and keep going.
I'd like to thank you for making this movie. It's clear you put a lot of work into this and all your other ones. You even inspired me to make these kind of movies as soon as I have enough money for a Ps4 and a capture card. You definitely have a new subscriber.
Wow. I just found these and watched all 3 recently. Great editing Andy, well done, they were fantastic to watch. I'm really not a fan of shooters and I couldn't get past the gameplay to actually play through the Uncharted games, but they made excellent adventure movies. So glad I found these. Great job! Thanks!!
I swear, most of the ancient cities in the Uncharted universe must be made of Fallapartium. One little thing happens somewhere and the whole thing crumbles spectacularly...
keep doing what you doig andy. This is awesome. Ive already watched 1 and 2 and man, it doesnt make more relieved when seeing a guy whos so natural on beating the game !
Thank you for this! I miss my PS3. Soaked all of my money in a new laptop instead of a console. Had to for work and freelance. Being able to just sit and watch a great combo of game play and cut-scenes is a true blessing. Cheers and Thank you! Keep up the awesome work! ~MAH~
Hey, dude! Just wanted to say thanks for taking the time out of your life to make these! I've binge-watched Uncharted 1 & 2 over the past two days and it's been really awesome - especially since I can't afford to actually play them. Thank you so much for making these stories accessible. You're doing God's work, fam. Keep it up!
I took it as she's saying it like that because she's been telling him to walk away for a long time and he won't, and that she broke off the marriage or engagement because of it, because he's obsessed with this quest that just keeps getting him in trouble and is going to get him and Sully killed.
Finally !!!! Thank u so much. I had really enjoyed all ur previous movies and I dare to say, they have the best quality, gameplay and editing on the web!
i have never played this game but based on its story, characters and gameplay looks one of the best games i've ever seen. its so cinematic and it appears more like a movie than a game. i really love nate drake's personality by being likeable jerk, snarky, sarcastic, intelligent and adroit in hostile environment just as well when is neck deep in some troubling situations. i love his relationship with elena who is also very strong, sexy and independent female character who can take care of herself. i like the fact they were married but i dislike that they cant stay together 4ever but always be apart, what pisses me even more that she always shows up in the middle of the game not at he beginning. chloe is very seductive, aggressive and very hot contrast to elena. at the beginning of uncharted 2 i didnt know what to make of her because she was on that thin line between good and bad, but she turned out ok. i prefer elena over her but she brings some interesting dynamic in all of this and its nice to see her having nate's back. sully is very hilarious and awesome, drake's father figure and without him nate wouldnt be what he is today.
I can't imagine the last time I enjoyed an amazing adventure than this Until now this was satisfying and exciting and enjoyable from start to finish, and I hope there's much more to come in the future. 👍
Awesome story!! Nice Edit!!! I would've written a more climatic ending where he had a showdown with the elusive jin, or more of a heavy boss fight, also would have added a nice touch for them to reunite with the group from the beginning to celebrate said epic victories, but hey everyone is a critic!! Fantastic, edge of my seat the whole time!!! A+
Uncharted 3 is more like 8-12 hours. Not sure if they might have mistakenly been referring to Last of Us, which is more like 15 hours or more the first time through.
I remember when they were first advertising this game. There was a commercial where some guy was asking for help because when he played Uncharted 3, his girlfriend thought it was a movie. Now that I'm watching this, it really does feel like a movie.
There must be a plot hole between this one and the first Uncharted game. In this game, Nate cares about the ring, and the ring is actually the key to his new crusade. However, in first game, he wanted to leave the ring there, it was Elena who got the ring back for Nate, it seems the ring was useless when Nate discover the location. But now the ring becomes the key to their new journey?
+Charlie.H depends on how you look at it. when he thought that drake didn't make it to the treasure, he may have given up on his Drake crusade at all. he was sooo sure Sr Francis found El dorado, and yet.. there his body was, alone in what looked like a random room... maybe decoder is meaningless as well. or maybe he wasn't thinking about decoder at all at that point. in case you haven't noticed, Nate is impulsive as hell. he doesn't exactly plan ahead, instead getting caught up in a moment. Sully: "3 God damn bullets?! How the hell did you do all this with 3 bullets?!" funniest line in the whole game imo
The entire 3 hours, haha
Ask Joel from the Last of Us
But the same gun had 10 bullets when Nate was using it...
+Alwaz Aziz He was talking about the explosive-shooting gun that he had used on the crane and the tower.

It's annoying how she didn't mention Sam, cause then it feels like Sam was just a needed character for the last game.

Anyone else immediately recognize young Sully because of the shirt?
Nah. I had to see his mustache
