In what if Deku was a blind swordsman didn't he have a tattoo, why didn't anybody mention it in the locker room? Also for future what ifs that you do could you at least make it so that Deku's quirk is a combination of his parents' quirks, for example here in What if Deku had Ban's powers Inko's quirk is ok (she is able to bring (small) objects to her (an inferior version of snatch, right?). Could his father have a regeneration quirk? With the fact that quirks get stronger when you pass it on (from parent to child) Deku's quirk should be fine.
