Ppl who are passing laws or making policy on medical issues should be charged with practicing medicine without a license.

Who are men to take away women's rights?

Mandatory vasectomies is a very viable concept.....
In terms of the big picture:
    1. Stops unchosen pregnancy
    2. Stops mental and physical life long scars on female children from unchosen pregnancy.
    3. Stops young men from being held accountable to 18 years of child support by an unchosen pregnancy.
    4. Stops fathers from going to jail for failure to make support payments.
    5. Removes the need for social programs.
Which, in my opinion will, over time, result in every single child being a chosen child and the return of the family unit with fathers in the home to raise their children and to give their sons a hands on role model.
Or....... you know, the government can give women's bodies back.
    ❤️✌️💋

Just heard about a new technology acronymed LARK that puts a dissolvable gel plug in a man's vas defrens (Sperm tube), that lasts around a decade, but can be reversed sooner if desired with no side effects. Maybe it could be used as a legal consequence for people who cause unwanted pregnancies.

I support access to abortion but please people, you’re not helping the cause when you say things like a fetus is not a person or than men shouldn’t have a say

A fetus is NOT a person under federal law. That is just a fact. Fetal personhood laws have been passed in a handful of states, but the concept is ridiculous on its face.
If fetuses were persons under federal law,
      1. They would need Social Security Numbers.
      2. A pregnant woman could not be incarcerated, because the fetus would also have to be incarcerated, violating its Constitutional due process rights.
      3. Fetuses would need to be counted in the census, which is a violation of the mother's privacy, and which is a terrible way to determine representation and apportionment, given that about 10% of pregnancies in the US are not carried to term.
      4. Does the fetus of an undocumented immigrant become a citizen? Even if its mother is deported?

@@busterofcoviddeniers It has nothing to do with my cleverness. It has to do with the ridiculousness of federal fetal personhood.

Emergency medical care must be provided to stabilize the patient, that refers to BOTH patients.
Remember that pregnancy is not a disease or medical condition requiring treatment under normal circumstances.

Both pregnancy and childbirth pose inherent risks to the health, life and well-being of a woman, even under "normal" circumstances. Everything is fine, until it isn't. HER life must take precedence.

No mother, no child. In all emergency situations, mothers are advised to first ascertain their own safety before looking after their children. Like when travelling by air and they tell you to put the oxygen mask on yourself first before trying to take care of anyone else. Emergency care for pregnant people should be no different.
