Thank you sooo much! I was super sad to have to replace this one as I've used it for 8 months now and the left click decided to die. A friend of mine has always said that wd40 is like magic, now I know why. With this tutorial my left click was saved and I can keep on using my logi pebble line brown edition. Thank you!
Thank you! This worked on my pebble mouse. I didn't have wd40 so I just used baby oil. 😂 The left click started to have probs after just a few mos then I bought another mouse, a diff and cheaper brand, and rechargeable but it started to have probs with the batt after 1.5 years of use. I hate to buy a new mouse again so I searched how to fix my pebble mouse and found this video and it got fixed!!!
Excellent DIY. However, a serious bit of advice: Make sure you apply WD-40 exactly as shown in this video. I went lazy and instead, sprayed directly from the can. Result: Button started working instantly, but within 5 minutes, the click feeling disappeared and the button almost sunk to the bottom. Disassembled the mouse and put it in sunlight. 4 hours later it is now back to normal. Moral: Do not over apply WD-40. Do not spray from the can. Apply just a tiny amount, exactly as shown in this video.
@@TechLifestyle Yes, now my mouse is working perfectly. I was horrified that overapplication has ruined my buttons and was looking for new mouse on Amazon. Glad that I waited for few hours while the mouse got warm in direct sunlight. Thanks for this video 👍
My left click required a really firm click to get it to go, but I was skeptical about this video and also didn't have WD-40. I tried some bike degreaser and at first it didn't work, I think I wasn't putting much in but I then dabbed a bit of the degreaser up with the same philips-head screwdriver I used to remove the screw and that got enough that my mouse works normal now. Thanks!
Thank you very much! Wd-40 helped me! It works now. But at the beginning after I used WD-40 it stopped to work and after two days it works again as new! Thank you!
Very good tip. I managed to reuse 3 logi mouse. I actually contacted logitech support, but even they gave standard copy paste answer so I was about to throw away my new m340 pebble which is slightly more than 1 year (warranty expired)
Thanks it worked! My scroll was going up when i was scrolling down, and there was this irritating lag due to that, My head was exploding, But this Tutorial fixed it all!
For those who have problem with scroll; you need to apply WD-40 on little space between grey plastic and metal part. Gray part is a soft plastic, you can also bend it end make sure WD-40 applied inside of it correctly
Thanks for this, my right click was becoming unresponsive. Thought it was possibly related to running the mouse with a low battery, but even with a new battery, I was still experiencing unresponsiveness. It seems to be working much better now!
Thank you so much! My M340 mouse wasn't working and would either click or not click. We did this trick and it worked flawlessly afterwards! So in conclusion, this trick also works with a M340 Logi mouse, for those curious.
İt works, I thought my mouse was broken, which was driving me crazy for about a week, I came across this video, frankly I thought it wouldn't work at all, but after trying it, my mouse started working and now it's verrry gooddddd. Thanks bro
ohh, thanks i didn't have wd40 but i used oil from haircut machine and it works, i love this mouse it's one of the best mouse i had in the past 20 years, thanks again
Official WD-40 Website: "WD-40 is safe to use on metal, rubber, wood and plastic. Polycarbonate and clear polystyrene plastic are among the few surfaces on which to avoid using a petroleum-based product like WD-40 Multi-Use Product."
This didn't work for me. :( The scroll, right click and everything else is still working. Also checked the configuration in my laptop. I did everything in this tutorial. It would sometimes work but only for a click or two within 5 seconds then it'd stop working again completely. Should I just buy a new one? Can I still fix this? :((
Left button not working properly 0:21 Alright, I need a small screwdriver. [Went out and bought a small screwdirver] [Dissassenbled the mouse] [Back to the video] 1:23: "MOST BUTTONS ARE ACCESSIBLE WITHOUT OPENING THE MOUSE"

Thank you, I used RP7 to clean the contact area and it worked like a charm. I don't even need to unscrew the screw and open the protected layer.

Even If you apply more, it will return to normal in a few days..

Funciona mesmo! O botão esquerdo do mouse estava falhando, segui as dicas e ele está novinho! Muito obrigada :)
If you do not have WD-40 just use a small cotton bud and clean the dust and the lube (for scroll fix). I have tried and succeeded.
Hi do you have a video to show how to replace and repair if wheel broke off?

Thanks you BROTHER. Hi in TÜRKİYE.

My Logitech pebble won´t scroll in my ipad but it works fine with a laptop. What should I do?
sooooo, I couldn't find my can of WD-40 so my wife suggested Canola oil. It's been working great so far lol.
My Pebble scroller has started making a sound when in use! Any solution to get rid of the sound?
Great!

Can I use lubrication oil instead of wd-40?
You could try something like sewing machine oil..
