Topps Chrome was released July 17th. Pro Debut September 4th. Fanatics released 6 baseball products between those dates. So the LCS you visit had new products. Fanatics released 64 products last year. This year 18 products were scrapped.
Simple solution. Quit "demanding" 50+ sets per sport. There should be 2 products per month from March - December. Let the products have a decent shelf life before more products are released. This is especially true when you have one company producing the cards.
You need to learn that there are other sports other than baseball. Topps has been releasing football and basketball products and believe it or not other baseball products like Pristine and Sterling on a steady basis. There are too many baseball products, they need to cut more.
@captun5207 This video was pretty much about "baseball" card releases and release dates, hence my opinion being about baseball. The (relatively) same concept would apply for basketball & football, cut back on the # of releases & allow more shelf life for the products that are released. Products should be released during the run-up to the (pre)season thru shortly after the season. Let the hype of the NFL & NBA draft build anticipation for the upcoming season. Stop including hundreds (thousands?) of RC's of guys who don't even make an NFL practice team.
Fanatics is constantly screwing Topps & the collectors over with the release schedule. Collectors will gladly spend the money if the products were released as scheduled. Topps never had this problem before Fanatics came along. Hopefully 2025 will be better.
assuming the products that have not been released are actually ones they plan on releasing. a lot of these unreleased products probably are not coming out
Fanatics knew update rookies were going to be great so they held all the sets back so they could raise prices while the hype is with these rookies hoping people won't complain
Fanatics only wants the higher end product this year. No fire, archives, stadium club, A&G GQ . Nothing but topps/chrome. Bowman/chrome finest etc. absolute joke. Only breakers out there opening stuff.

Excited for the update! My favorite part of the MLB season has been Jackson Merrill's rise. Kid is the real deal
Dodgers Teoscar Hernandez 30th Home run against the Colorado Rockies towards left field. Awesome!

You do know Topps now Fanatics had all 3 sports for years. Research!!!!
Topps did MLB, NHL, NFL & NBA from the early 90's on back to the 50's.
Fanatics knew update rookies were going to be great so they held all the sets back so they could raise prices while the hype is with these rookies hoping people won't complain

Topps is fanatics whipping boy. They don’t have a say anymore.
We are years behind in product. They have destroyed the hobby.
