STRATCOM Commander Admiral Charles Richard: “The Nation Requires a Fully Modernized Strategic Force”

U.S. Senator Deb Fischer (R-Neb.), a senior member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, spoke with Admiral Charles Richard, Commander of U.S. Strategic Command (STRATCOM), about the growing nuclear threats facing our nation and the importance of funding our nuclear deterrent.
