This is is just Propaganda knowing that it is not legal to do this. Israel does not currently recognize the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court (ICC) and has not ratified the Rome Statute, which established the ICC. As a result, Israel does not consider itself bound by the decisions or arrest warrants issued by the ICC.

While Lloyd Austin is an absolute master at ducking and diverting questions, one only needs to Google 'The Hague Invasion Act' to understand the complete disregard that the USA has for international law. This is why the USA is not concerned about being found complicit, and why Netanyahu feels comfortable that they have his back.
The act, dubbed the "Hague Invasion Act" for the name of the city in the Netherlands where the ICC holds prisoners, allows the President to use the American military to free its service members or those of any allied country who might be captured for trial there.
More menacingly for potential U.S. allies, the act allows the United States to end military assistance for signatory countries to the ICC treaty, unless they agree not to extradite American citizens to The Hague.
Given that the US Constitution is ordained by "We the People", that is correct.
