UPDATED! We have updated this video to include an optional step of adding spray-foam to the departure and approach angles of our habitats. Air has an R value of 3.6 per inch, which is good already. But if want to super charge it, adding spray foam may give up to R-5 or R-6 per inch, depending upon the type used.
