PLUMBING Rough In for a SLOP SINK in the BARNDOMINIUM Workshop

- I forgot to tell the plumbers about the Slop Sink/Utility Sink that I wanted in the small workshop area. So... I just had to tackle this one myself. Luckily, all the plumbing pipes were just all right there in the WET WALL where I wanted to put the sink. This was by design actually, so it wasn't a big deal to just tap into what the plumbers installed and add what I needed.

You lost me at the primer dripping down the pipe.
How would you put in plumbing when drywall is all ready up...
You would need to cut out the drywall in the area you need to work and then replacing it when done. This can be done by just finding two studs that frame out the area where the plumbing work will be done and just cutting vertically down the center of the studs and then straight horizontal lines top and bottom so you can screw the piece of drywall back on to the exposed edge of the studs on the sides. You would then need to tape and mud and repaint and such to get the finished look back.
I'm not a plumber but your pvc gluing is all wrong.
1. You don't let pvc primer dry. It's not a cleaner, it's a chemical reaction that needs to be combined with the cement within 5 mins for them to bond.
2. You didn't twist or hold your pvc connections for any amount of time to ensure they sealed and stayed tight.
And a bonus observation; you didn't cover your drain pipe while cutting and let a large chunk of wood fall into the drain. 🤦♀
I second this. Give a 180°(or a 90 back and forth) and push and hold in place for 5-10 second. I've had to replace so much plumbing because I forgot to do that. You likely have a lot of fittings that will drip during your fill test.
Not only that but hot and cold water lines under no circumstances should be making physical contact with one another
