I don't agree with Pankaj. Liquidity is enough in our market thru SIP and it will continue. The money of SIPs has to flow in the market as per SEBI rules. FIIs money is not so much relevant as before in our market. So no problem you need not confuse the investors. MFs are giving better returns than banks even today.
Whom MF will sell to? i believe you dont undert it well enough
FII is equally important for the market and companies to grow in term of investment and business expansion. Plus quarterly results also get impacted once investment is pulled out. No doubt our stock market is performing well even when FIIs are pulling out but how long market will it sustain? Once market start collapsing people will stop making investment as they were doing before.
