My Personal experience based on wearing these, and compliments BDC - Overrated, unnecessary, get Allure Homme Sport by all means Explorer - Underperforms in scent profile, but beats the OG on weak performance. Light Blue intense - Fail proof freshie, if you're looking for something underwhelmingly synthetic Dior Homme Original - Simply the best....until you try it YSL La Nuit - Cannot get enough...if weak performace is your turn on Allure Eau Extreme - Casual, sporty, performs like an obese man in the new york marathon Versace Eros - If you hate getting compliments, adios it Y EDP - upgrade on Sauvage EDT, best partner in crime with Sauvage EDP
@@jusderose Sorry i had to do it haha :) I was missing Le Male Le Parfum from the list, that was one that i didn't buy, but try on your review, and i have to say, for the price, and for what it is, it's an actual masterpiece. No issues with performance, just have to spray a bit more. It manages to be sweet but not cloying or headache inducing, it is fairly linear yet it just ticks all the boxes. It lets you enjoy nostalgia in a modern way, without feeling old. You can see both a younger Jean Paul Belmondo /he's greatly missed/ or and older James Bond wearing it. And compliments are real for it. As you work for the company, can you put some words in please that it doesn't get reformulated :)

There are a lot of factors that affect reformulation and more often than not it’s due to certain ingredients being banned or lower concentration usage that is accepted. IFRA is the regulatory body and unfortunately some changes can be really difficult to manage!

There were so many ratings that I wholeheartedly agree with but honestly every time I smell libre I feel like I need to gag.. I love Black Opium though. Never own ed it, but it reminds me of fall and winter in Paris the year it first came out.
You surprised me with a couple of these! But that’s ok. You love Dior Homme and Valentino Uomo Intense but not Givenchy Gentleman EDP… I’ve actually been wearing GG EDP to work a lot lately, very much the same vibe as the other two and it lasts the whole day. A little bit heavier than DH (closer to DHI) and not as much vanilla sweetness as VUI. Very classy scent imo that doesn’t come off too powdery on my skin, thankfully.
Please don’t say closer to dhi givenchy not same DHi at all i try both and dhi is very high quality it’s amazing scent I smell in my life i didn’t smell fragrance same DHI until now

Ash at Gent Scents would also agree… in fact he made an entire video comparing the 3, referring to them as the “iris trinity” lol. I’m not saying I don’t like DHI by any means, on the contrary, it’s one of my favorites, and those I find similar. If you’ve yet to REALLY try Givenchy Gentleman EDP I suggest trying it, you may love it. Or not… just my opinion and how they work on MY SKIN. Cheers

Fun video but completely disagree with Armani Code Absolu. In my humble opinion it's a lot better, more mature and sexier then Armani Code Profumo but I respect your opinion.
Love these snappy ones! The only one I can't agree with is Versace crystal noir, that to me smells like the toilets of a nasty take away. Jus de Rose, I'm in mourning since Givenchy's wonderful Dhalia Noir got discontinued, you might remember the powdery iris/rose beauty by Francois Demachy, and you seem to like some of his creations for other houses, you won't happen to be able to recommend a cocktail of modern fragrances that could replicate this somehow? Even E bay is running out of bottles and they go for so much money...I'm on my last one... I even wrote to Demachy in Dior, but he didn't answer!

Givenchy Gentleman EDP is wayyy more masculine than DHI and more versatile.
Sadly Dior Homme in the tropics smells like massage oil, maybe just for a rainy night. Eros/Sauvage is the popular versatile here.
