I have a snap on tool cart and I feel the opposite. I like my macsimizer better than my snap on cart. The plastic retainers that lock the drawers in place broke all the time and I don’t have to worry about that with my Mac cart. And I also like the fact that I can lock my box and even if I leave a drawer open, I can still close it and it will lock without me having to unlock and lock it again. But I do agree with the lock for the drawers being weird and difficult to lock and unlock. No matter what I do or my dealer tries it’s still the same but I still would pick it over my snap on cart
Since I work by myself I don’t need to lock mine so that makes a difference. I’ve actually found I like the macsimizer less and less over time I even found the drawers hit each other when they are open at the same time. But comparing the epiq snap on cart is different than a standard snap on cart as well.
@@Enrightauto My snap on cart cost twice the price of my macsimizer cart but it’s not even close to the same quality. I wouldn’t even look at the epiq after buying that disappointing cart from my snap on dealer
Kobalt has a magnetic strip that’s ridiculously strong. It does stick out about an inch though. Those flat ones are good for some things but I did have to slide wrenches around until they’re on it perfectly and it was no good for ratchets
Go to harbor freight and get two of their magnetic strips. Can flip um and bolt um together that way its magnetic on both sides. Im not a big HF guy but those magnetic strips for the price are insanely stout. Nice box man
@@Enrightauto yeah that's why snap on can barely get into the pro racing organization. Three teams use crap on in the nhra an it's been that way for three decades. Rock Auto and I will use a snap on impact to install the parts. The weak tool for weak parts. Trash an tolls? Good thing you wrench.
The only thing from Mac I'm curious about is the stubby wrenches usa ones I don't really know the tools from other trucks only snap-on its just my Preference but if it dont say usa on it I won't buy it even some snap-on ratchets doesn't say snap-on won't by it lol

How are those hammers? I'm in the market for bigger hammers and kinda keeping my eye on them
The wiltons? They are amazing I have yet to use a better sledge. I wish I would have bought the big kit that most the hammers in it but I didn’t.
Weird they use a key to lock the drawers inside an open cart? Nice set up though!
Yea I thought so as well with the key. Thanks!!
Great video as always man 💯
Thanks I appreciate it. Thanks for watching them.
I like it
I liked it so much I got one coming lol
Ahh got about ten years on you boy. No jokes just facts. If I want snap on I will head to good ole harbor freight.
Great place for you is harbor freight. May as well buy your parts from rock auto too. Sound like that’s what you like is trash parts and tolls ;)

Harbor freight carts are not better. They are cheaper yes.
Really sounds like your rep deals a lot with scratch'n'dent deals... maybe he's not being completely honest with you?
No idea he’s not my rep anymore. He doesn’t come to the shop.
