Point tracker is a cool feature. It's really cool that you can also add in your family or hunting partners. PLUS the maps now have "saddle" and "bench" icons (plus quite a few others)!!!!!!
I finally got an Insider membership. I can't believe I have held out so long and wasted so much time. I should have joined years ago. I have spent all of my discretionary free time on Filtering 2.0 lately.
When the Wyoming non resident tags allocation is diminished in 2024 will the gohunt insider draw odds reflect that properly or will it take some time to sus that out?
Can you guys do a video about the Best Strategy for someone's First Time Applying, New to Hunting Never have applied an this is the year your gonna do it here's ur best plan/strategy to maybe get lucky an draw a big time unit but realistically prolly just have to start stacking points, That would Be SUPER Helpful for Someone that's Never Applied
Thanks 🙏 for sharing this Trail. Hopefully 🤞🏻 after being an Insider for 5 years I can actually apply for my first hunt out west where I have a tag 🏷️ or two in my pocket. I have been talking about doing a Wyoming mule deer 🦌 and pronghorn combo rifle hunt for years and I have to do it. I’m not getting younger (I just turned 40). I have 4 points for both and am debating on whether to go special for pronghorn to have access to more public land and regular for deer 🦌 or most likely budget wise just do regular for both. I use to buy points in practically every western state for most species, since I was buying the ridiculous non refundable non resident license to get points for the species I wanted anyway. But now I’m married and have to cut way back or give up on some altogether.
Givin up to much game, the more you teach The dumber you get, this is why there's point creep, And tags are so much harder to draw. Look at the stats pre gohunt. Modern day marketing destroyed western hunting.
I think it's more RUclips than GoHunt. GoHunt is just a tool that nobody would use/need if they first didn't become interested in hunting via watching RUclips videos. For those that do decide to hunt, it's a great, all in one place, hunt tool. It's not going to add hunters, just help those that decide they are going to hunt.
Thanx

Thanks for becoming an Insider! Let us know if you ever have any questions.
If you're having to get multiple credit cards to apply for hunts, you should prioritize bettering your financial situation.
Just in time! Great tips, thanks Trail and GOHUNT team!
my application strategy is spray and pray.... Apply everywhere for everything and then pray for a tag
Typo at 1:32
Good catch! Looks like we are going to have to change the name to Pont Tracker now 😂

No credit cards! Haha I save my money and cash only for tags. 😉
Nonresidents are the worst gamblers 👀

Dave Ramsey just had a heart attack at 7:15
🤣
All the elk in Idaho have died and/or moved to Montana for anyone wondering. Good luck out there!

Very selfish comment. If the whole world revolved around you, this would be correct.
