I managed to get this to work on Fedora 40 with RX 6800 XT 16GB and 64GB RAM but I had to use the 2B model and max of 25 frames otherwise I was getting error that I'm out of memory. Interestingly, I get the same error when I try to render a single image with flux1-dev or schnell at 720x480 resolution but if I increase the resolution to 1024x1024 it works just fine... in this case increasing resolution throws error at me as 720x480 is the max supported one so I can't test with 1024x1024. Not sure if that is some limitation with ROCM-HIP on AMD. Has anyone ran into this issue on AMD?
If you get an "out of memory" error when trying to generate, wait for 5 seconds and then try again. Before generating the image, make sure to clear the VRAM. I have 12GB VRam and Can generate video using 5b Model
@@ComfyUIworkflows Unfortunately clearing VRAM does not help in my case. Even tried restarting PC and made sure nothing else runs in the background. I'll try again on Windows in a month or two as I don't have access to Windows right now
In the CogVideoXFun Sample, make sure the base Resolution is 512
How much GPU you need for this? Is a 8G enough?
yes, you can try 2b model if you get Error "Allocation of Memory" run it again..
Where to download the Fun5B models ?
it will download automatically when you run the program
