I saw this super dirty driveway and front walkway that was almost completely covered by grass. I knocked on the door and offered to clean it all up for free. The homeowner said yes, so I got to work!

An average videos pulls in 400K-1M views which is amazing and due to the work... but the ones where the titles say something like "she BROKE DOWN in TEARS." or "COP approaches me" have 8M-9M views even though those are completely innocuous occurrences in the actual video. "She thought I was CRAZY until she realized there was a SIDEWALK there" has 22M views!
It's absolutely in the interest of the channel to do clickbait titles, and of course he'd want to replicate those most successful ones.

Always impressed by the difference pressure washing makes in how "maintained" a home looks. You didn't mow, trim shrubs, use a separate edger or weed yet the home looked leagues better.
The house wasn't as noticeable before. It looked abandoned. Now, the house looks beautiful with a squeaky clean driveway. Spencer, great job, like always!!!!
It only looked abandoned in the fake "Before" photos. If you look at the driveway and stuff before he starts, besides trimming some grass, the driveway looks almost exactly the same.

I think a lot of people just don't know how dirty their driveway is until they see how clean it can get. This is smart - they might book you again (Payed this time) at a later date when they miss how clean it was at one point thanks to your free service. Plus this is just pleasant for the whole neighbourhood.

This looks like a time when the solutions you could create really probably helped the owner and neighborhood. Your "water trimming", got the driveway cracks and edges in much more shape, and design flow and the stairs cleaned and trimmed were a great addition. Nice work and good thoughts. Getting the aging off the mailbox was a nice move to brighten the place.

Don't look at the fake before picture. Look at the beginning of the video. The driveway was actually very clean and just needed a little trim. The before picture was SB soaking the driveway so it looked bad.

That strip between the drive and stairs would look great with a soil holding groundcover such as liriope. Much better than lawn grass. Smaller ornamental trees in a bed in front would accent the place nicely as well. Doubt homeowner will be interested...But looks much better now.

Ok Spence I’ll start with the positive. That driveway, steps, and mailbox looked brand new after you finished !! Great Job !!
Now the negative comment. Your video title says “owner had NO IDEA these STAIRS WERE HERE”. I cannot believe that the owner didn’t know they were there. Your before shots and you walking up them in the beginning clearly shows the stairs (steps). I’m hoping you’re not falling prey to the common act of “clickbait” in your video titles. I’ve unsubscribed to so many channels that do this. Please don’t be like them. I enjoy your channels too much.
But at the same time your work results are fantastic !!!
If you want another thing to be upset about, he also fakes his before shots. Look at the beginning of the video of things like the driveway before the water gets to it. The driveway is incredibly clean besides it being in need of plant trimming. But in the "before" shot, the driveway looks gross and grimy, but strangely wet, because SB soaks the entire thing to make the after shot look better in comparison.
Phenomenal job! Those stairs and walkway - amazing. I just wish you could have gotten rid of that mess at the bottom of the stairs. 😉
