    My daily self care is already super heavy! Workouts, meditations, relaxations, somatic exercices, tai chi, how can I solve my problem?

      @@BarbaraHeffernan Absolutely, to point in the direction of Freud, my husband is very much like my father. If I learn to rebel against his behaviour, I will reduce my own stress in the future.

      @@BarbaraHeffernan Your videos really helped me in my therapy. I was having having trouble describing what happened in my childhood and since coming across this channel I feel I have a voice now, it's a strange feeling almost as if you know me deeply. So thank you again! I think I will do your boundary course in the near future, just taking my time so I commit and dedicate the attention it deserves.
      P.S. I thought it might be helpful to share what made a difference compared to other channels. What really helped me was when you were giving real examples from your patient, because I can relate to that...almost immediately I can come up with my own examples ...just hearing the medical description of the "condition" etc it does do much...at least for me.

      Go out, stay in the nature. Run, walk, climb, cycle, swim, chat, meditate, whatever outdoors, with any weather.
