The thing I don't like about MK1 Kung Lao is that he doesn't use his hat much, but in MK11 there were a lot of moves in which he used his hat. Also I wish there was a modified version of 'Spiritual Guidance' it was by far the coolest move Kung Lao ever had.
I prefer MK11 Lao. The hat incorporation, the teleport, and the CHAIN FIST OF FURY! I miss that... This new version made me switch mains to smoke. Which begs the question: is anyone still playing mk11?
Don't know if I should say it was a downgrade from mk11, but I do feel like it is, him mk11 was the best, not design wise but moveset wise and the ting I loved the most was he used his hat in so many of his strings in mk11, I would say characters moveset wise mk11 is the best, for some not all Mk11 Kung lao was like Billy from kof, billy uses his staff in most of his moveset and Kung lao did with his hat as well
I agree as well! Literally Liu Kang and Johnny Cages movesets never looked better in MK11 ..still retaining alot of their personality and adding to it. MK1 Liu has the most boring moveset I've seen(his fire effects are supposed to make up for it )
@@Dr490n28 what about MK1 Liu Kangs/Kung Lao moveset makes you not agree. For me like I said LK always has a simple/direct moveset but his new godly powers aren't really reflected in his style, new blue flames aside all his moves are boring
