And it's badly affecting the Indian market too because 70-80% vfx and cg projects coming to studios in India are stopped so no more hiring especially freshers I just completed my Course and showreel in hope of a good studio job but due to the strike no one is giving a positive response

@06:40 Regulation of self tape auditions means, there was a time when production companies used to spend for the auditions of actors before casting in their movies. Later with the regulation brought in place, actors are told to make self taped auditions by spending from their pockets and submit them to the production companies. This way poor actors are at the risk of losing opportunities due to high costs incurred in arranging for their own auditions. Anyway it's good to see you speaking up about the issue Manish bro. nah bro vfx and animation industry still has a good 15-20 years left before Ai actually becomes a threat to artists, and even then we'll still need VFX specialists to make sure the Ai is working properly and making the proper results.
