Mainly I agree that is what he meant. The truth is he has his nose so far up Marwa's behind that for some odd reason he thought he needed to say that on camera. It was rude and demeaning at the same time he was being giving. If anyone knows Magare (as I do) they would know 100% he has never made any sort of content to hurt anyone. His focus has always been the fish pond he and Anesto had together and his kitchen garden. I'm sure Jamaican Uncle knows that so for what reason did he feel he needed to threaten this young man with the police on camera if he didn't follow the "rules." Marwa certainly has helped encourage the villagers but sometimes it’s not always a good thing , they are his neighbors and friends and may feel a certain way as to how they felt they were treated. So you should keep that in mind before you judge them✌️
