I agree. I prefer to listen and read the Italian first, then glance at the English to see if I'm correct or to see what I didn't understand. But the subtitles are gone before I can do that. So I keep pausing at each screen change.

Many lines are distinctly un-Italian in their structure... Looks like a literal translation of an English sentence... For instance, we don't say "come vanno le cose con te?", rather "come ti vanno le cose?"...

I'm italian. Please don't follow this channel if you want to learn the language. All dialogue is very poorly translated from english, probably using an online translator, as you can see with the use of "sexy" instead of "caldo". No italian speaks like that.
