I have a few question to ask. I went on my vacation didnt set my cameta for trackin it did a 360 and wad facing my closest. I left it in my room because i have a roommate. Then i kept seeing some light images coming from a different handle. Whenever it record its deeling me offline video and it cannot be open. I could hear voices in the video but person not caught on the camera its all weird and halarious .i bought this last year and its not doing the job.
can you tell me why there is no sound on playback of EZVIZ camera which is connected with a DVR. ? is there any desired settings or feature should enable in hikvision DVR to get sound of Ezviz camera on playback. i just enabled audio on EZVIZ camera itself and i can hear sound and voices from ezviz camera through proper EZVIZ App, but not by any HIKVISION application. can you help me out to solve this problem.
I do have the c6cn ezviz i notices in my video recording a green screen at tbe bottom pop up. Yestetday i was out and i checked on my camera.. i kept seeing the green screen at tbe bottom. Why is that is someone messing with the frequency. I am the only on who have a set up on my cmaera. I do have a couple of room rates this is why i bought the camera for my room.

Some EZVIZ cameras have a rj45 plug, if an Ethernet cable is connected from the EZVIZ to the NVR will all these settings still have to applied. Thanks for video.
Ek cust ke ghar hik 2mp metal body dvr me 4 Hd camera chalu hai.. 150 mtr pe unka workshop hai vaha 3 ezviz camera laga hai coffee router se online hai.. Customer ko ghar ke 4 hd camera or 150 me pe shop me ke 3 ezviz C6N camera ghar me ek screen pe dekhne hai...So plz solution sir🙏

if the dvr does not have connections points to connect the ptz camera to it, what is the next option to connect it to the wifi with a cable??

Thanks, but, as the Ezviz camera have a dynamic IP, it will be lost as soon as the DHCP server changes... Any workaround?
Pls reserve the ip in router. It will not change

Check if both the Hikvision DVR and EZVIZ camera have the latest firmware updates installed, use ONVIF protocol to add ezviz camera to DVR

Not required, but first time configure Ezviz camera need to connect with internet, (Modem/router required when pairing camera with DVR )
