Thanks
Trevor perfectly embodies the pissed-off techie
1:27 I love how he first goes into character with his arms before providing the horse sounds
I love how this was supposed to be Sandra's "section", but it ended up being shared between her and Trevor haha
And dennis
And Annie's with the ho-down
I love that he’s so earnest, and half of his choices are inspired but the other half are completely insane. Like constructing a perfect mechanism for a door creaking but punctuating it with a gunshot
2:34 the loud chaos to the soft "thank you coming" gets me everytime 💀
I wanna know what parts of the story she cut that would require a chained-up ghost, a punch-up and an oncoming storm where everyone hides in an Anderson shelter 😂
not to mention whatever was going on with the cabbages
I really want to know where the bowling ball came in. I'm trying to think of all of the sounds you can make with a bowling ball and I just keep coming up with loud thuds or drumming noises (if you drum your hands on it) that can be made with anything else
Why do I get the feeling Trevor didn’t tell anyone what he would use for the sound effects before they started Sandra’s audio play?
@@josephheiskell3493 makes sense.
Because stage managing is a quite creative pursuit, too.
Admittedly, this is the guy who said in 2014 that he was only doing this to get credit for his electronics module at technical college and after that, he never planned to work with them ever again. I guess he failed his course several times. 😂
I love how Trevor always has that "don't worry, I've got your back" look on his face lol.
And how he’ll usually get that expression right before doing something that will make the problem worse.
Trevor's hands down my favourite cast member
Blaaaargh oughbloublgbglbl rarara- yeah, it’s just brilliant.
I cannot stop looking at his buff arms.
Seemed buffer in PPGW he looks thinner here
Chris Leask is so. Yeah
biggest glow up from Christmas Carol to TV show
Thanks for being a bunch of creeps
Using a microwave as a stairlift is just pure genius
The gunshots had me howling!!!!
Yep that how mom heard our slamming the door hard
He’s trying his best, and we love him for that
Max is so excited in his clog dancer costume
0:46 And that’s how you make a realistic sound effect.
Robert’s reaction
This was definitely Trevor's best moment
I don't know why out of all of them, 1:04 was the one that broke me 😂
Its the mic peaking as he runs at it that does it for me
@@ItsTatLive it’s a combination of the run up, mic peak & random Irish accent I think
coCKAdoodle DoO
Also Trevor has more of a Liverpool accent
This as a podcast series would be so funny like when it goes wrong and all the wrong sounds start playing
2:10 THAT IS A TRUE SOUND EFFECT. I DIED AT THAT PART!!!
1:08 Chekhov's Gun...
You can't have a gun!
@@cameronsitton501 WRONG AGAIN! DOWN YOU GO! Now I can have a gun and I must have a gun, that's the rule of Chekhov's Gun, have a gun.
@@ryandegooyer9707 And now it's been seen, I will have to shoot someone before the end of the play.
This makes me think of the studio c sketch with Mallory
That’s what I thought, too!
1:05 why did he sound so Irish lmao
It's because he's Scottish
@@nigellim9729 chris leak is from london but trevor is supposed to be from liverpool, so maybe that's why
@@sevenseasonsofbrown I mean Scottish in character
@@nigellim9729 who's scottish?
@@sevenseasonsofbrown trevor
Never really seen him this long at a scene 😆
Charlie is a seriously stunning lady.
“Yeah it’s just brilliant” 1:39
This performance was called:
A Talented Woman Awakens
If they had called it:
A Talented Woman Awakens Tonight
Well then it could be shortened to:
A.T.W.A.T
1:35 💀😂😂
Always a pleasure to see you Gareth
God bless Trevor 👏
He's so proud of himself.
Chekhov's gun
Listen to the birds chirping
*Gunshots*
Cok-a-du-de-dUuUuH!
Trevor is so hot.
he had such a glow up
The actor lost a lot of weight from when he was appearing in the stage play and to the TV version.
A cab.
Oh no it isn't!
@@TheLowBrassDude Yes it is! I don’t know why it is, but it is!
WHY IS THERE A CAB IN THE SEA?!?!?!
“Trevor” is a bit underrated. The actor is very handsome though.
Sam reigel that you?
I fucking love when he shoot the gun to make the door sounds XD
What’s both sad and funny is that the horse committed suicide to not listen to the nonsense
You should have this video playing but not watch it - and see how it would sound like if this was a proper radio show
Which show?
Goes wrong show
I dunno, besides the prison episode season two seemed really weak compared to their previous work. The whole fighting over the director saga was tiresome and not necessary.
I get where you're coming from, I wouldn't necessarily say weak but definitely series 2 is not as good as series 1 which I often had to re-watch as I'd miss bits through the tears of laughter. The last two episodes are more on a par though, the ballet and the improv "Hallo Marjorie, how's ya buns? Lusty." were definitely laugh out loud that felt like more familiar ground. I do agree the 'director saga' was maybe a factor in this. That all said, its still far and above much funnier than most so-called comedy these days but I guess they set their own bar pretty darn high.
Summer Once Again is one of my favorites, but I get what you're saying, it's not as strong of a season overall. I think it was Dave Hearn who explained in an Instagram Q&A that the pandemic meant they couldn't do a test run in front of a live audience like they usually do, which they use to iterate on the gags and take out stuff that doesn't work. As a result, season 2 is significantly less polished, even when the ideas are there.
Not funny
Very funny
