Could you maybe make a video on how to install this? i found the resourcepack. but on Minecraft bedrock 1.20 its not running. i didn't found a way beside bedrocklauncher to switch to 19.2, but that's not working either. Would be awesome.
Minecraft mod packs back in the day: "Ohoho! You can't just punch a tree to get wood! You have to build things from the most basic of materials! Isn't that clever?"
Minecraft mod packs now: "Alright, here's a bunch of quarks. Go recreate the universe."
To be fair you can enjoy both experiences today lol
As a science nerd and a chemist, I love Minecraft mods that include chemistry/physics. Excellent video.
only thing that broke my soul when I saw it was hydrogen needing a neutron to be created...
I mean, it's still technically hydrogen, just an isotope called deuterium
They are pretty much the same chemically, deuterium is just a bit heavier

@@bright2142 if I understand correctly, elements in this mod only have different atomic numbers, not mass, so we don't know if it's hydrogen or deuterium, moreso, he only used two hydrogen to get helium, which implies that it's either a really weird isotope of helium, or the hydrogen he used was actually deuterium.
@@scaleofperspective6211 Which means the only error is it costing a neutron, we clearly do make deuterium and that works for the crafting of helium

For those having issues with the keybind for the Philosophers stone:
1) in the search bar for the keybinds type without quotes "pr". The keybinds for ProjectE will pop up
2) find the keybind marked "Extra Function" and change it from "c" to any key that is not in use.

42:28 To my knowledge, the only thing in Java Edition, that can fill a composter stage 100% of the time is pumpkin pie. The rest is chance based.
Cake also adds to the composter 100% of the time, but that's definitely a waste

I'm 8 days late, but man, these mods and mod packs keep getting better and better. This might not have been a universal experience, but does anyone remember playing 1.7.10 and being absolutely mind-blown about something like the Too Much TNT mod, which is pretty simple in hindsight?

I mean mods have been a lot better than more tnt since like 1.4; original FTB pyramid map was great (I forget the actual name)
i remember this one mod thats whole gimmick was just a bunch of types of liquids and unique interactions for them all and it was the coolest thing ive ever seen
The reason water vaporizes in space is because of the pressure. Boiling point depends on pressure, so in space the boiling point of water is just incredibly low
Fun piece of trivia, this same principle actually limits the length a straw can be. Because it would get harder and harder to lift fluid up… and eventually the pressure inside the straw would be so low that the water would start evaporating before it reached your mouth

Greatly prefer the accessibility mode on, without it that void dimension gives me vertigo
this would be a really interesting game all on it's own, like those god games where you mix elements but starting from nothingness and fundamental particles

On the resource pack while I am glad that it exists I prefer the original.
Issac did you know if you put water on each side of the petal apothecary it will act like a infinite water source and auto refill.

The mods people make will never cease to amaze me, I thought the the Galacticraft mod was crazy now there's a mod that lets you be god creating the universe.
This modpack seems to have a couple things from terraria, which is interesting, like the coins and the healing from campfires.
Stuff from terraria are so common in so many mods so it's not surprising

If you prefer to break trees without breaking 11 blocks, I am pretty sure there are key binds for toggling that on and off; I set = and _ to felling(or whatever) and chopping
8:15 not watched the whole video yet so I'm not sure if you arrive at the same idea regarding the fall damage problem: If you accidently step on a lower layer, just mine like 10 blocks down and then jump from the bottom up to the first layer again. If calculated correctly, you should take no fall damage.
edit: Okay I guess placing a slab is the more practicable solution :D stoked to watch the rest of your playthrough!

this is a fascinating concept for a mod pack. i like this a lot
It is easier to follow on RUclips to have the accessability pack on. Also you should see if there is a setting to make it so you don't need to shift to pick up items

6:24 I appreciate how they call this an Atom, not a Hydrogen. A hydrogen (for whatever reason) is composed of a Proton and an Electron, with no Neutron. If you add a Neutron to the Proton/Neucleus, you get Deuterium, which is essentially Hydrogen with double the mass. If I understand this correctly, I think Deuterium (and that atom in-game) count as Hydrogen Isotopes.
Ok. Slight correction after a bit of research. Assume all I say here is if I'm understanding this correctly, so take it with a grain of salt and research it yourself if you'd like.
Isotopes are variations on an atom. Iirc from highschool chemistry, the number of protons dictate which element it is, the number of neutrons dictate the mass of the atom and which isotope of that element it is, and the number of electrons... changes all the time as they are shared with other nuclei, can be interacted with using photons (i think, since we have solar panels), and dictate the charge of the atom and molecule.
Deuterium is simply a name for the hydrogen atom with a neutron and an approximate mass of 2 amu (atomic mass units). This hydrogen isotope is otherwise called Hydrogen-2, or ²H.
The Isotope we see the most is Hydrogen-1, ¹H, or Protium. It has a mass of about 1amu since it only has a proton in the nucleus, no neutrons.
There are more Isotopes with more neutrons, and they're radioactive. Tritium (³H) is an example, and it decays into Helium-3.
I was literally thinking about that when I saw the atom get crafted. Like, 1 electron, 1 proton, and then also a neutron? That's not hydrogen.

Just a tip for new players, it is a good idea to just temporarily disable jumping in the keybinds menu. That way no accidental jumping. At least till you get the gravity thing.

I like the accessibility option on kinda... It looks really cool without it, but it kinda makes me nauseous. Mostly when going back and forth often. But I think I personally would prefer it on. I just wish it looked better lol but you're playing it, so it really is your choice.

*_annoying_* side note: the game calls the first atom hydrogen... *_that is not normal hydrogen it's deuterium..._* which is fun fact what heavy water is made of. (Like deuterium is a hydrogen isotope)
