@@getsandy2007 100 Mbps and the service has been quite good so far. Once in a few weeks it goes down for about 5 minutes but comes back online, but last week I had to call my operator because it was down for a few hours; they fixed it after calling.
I am currently using UTSAB 140 speed is around 130 mbps sometimes more than that ,(i live outside of kolkata ) One more thing utsab 250 and utsab 400 is available for ROB areas too if the LCO has capable hardware Fortunately my LCO said he is capable to provide upto 300mbps, so all the plans less than 300 is applicable in our area.
service quality depends on LCO. if in your area local provider service is not good then you may face very bad service. well, I'm using over 3yrs now... tbh it's not that bad, in my village only this fiber is available so no other option to go. i faced long downtime 5-8 times maybe in these 3yrs. one downtime was almost 80hrs (fiber cut happened then during heavy storm last year). in case of upload and download speed, you will not face huge difference (~2-5 Mbps). yes, if u from Kolkata you'll get same speed with slight cheaper price. currently I'm on 125Mbps annual plan.(8M+4M) you will get ping within 15 ms. (i don't use their default DNS though) recently they launched some crazy long time welcome offer for newcomers.

I live in West Bengal. I am using alliance broadband for many years. My lco charged me 1500 for installation(without onu and router). Actually I was having the things. I am using utsav 140 mbps plan. Speed Is mind blowing. I constantly get speed(upload and download) both of about 145-150 mbps. I recommend this broadband company if anyone lives in west Bengal and requires best broadband connection.

Somehow LCO's are looting in the name of installation charge. Bcs of this huge installation charge you can think like this :- "For first 2 years, you are paying 1000 instead of 500 for 80 Mbps plan(paying double". Very expensive.

1. Alliance BB install charge fiber 2500- 4000 [Even More in in remote area Like 4000-6000] It's depend on LCO. 2. ONT / ONU Device Customer's device so if any issue needs to pay again. [Not like Jio or airtel free replacement.] 3. Due to Local Operator Based customer service avg. 4. Alliance Own Customer support just forward Every request to lco. So almost useless. Overall Alliance a good option if Airtel or Jio Fiber not available.

Alliance 1st took Rs 4000 for Non-Optic Fiber connection in 2019, and they suddenly told me, you have to upgrade to Optic-fiber connection in 2020 and they took Rs 1500, total Rs 5500 (Installation Charge) + Rs472 for every month, They geve me poor service. In 2023 I decided to take Jio Fiber Connection, Jio took 2825 for 6 Months 30mbps connection, no installation charge. Alliance has very bad service in West Bengal. Now everyone wants to switch either JIo Fiber or Airtel Fiber.

Actually, Excitel broadband plans are more cheaper than Alliance broadband plans. Just now I compared it. Excitel provides 100 Mbps Non OTT plan for just 500 Rs per month (inclusive of GST). So its much cheaper than Alliance broadband. Don't know on what basis this video was made? Was it a promotional video? Because the information given in this video is incorrect.
