Sir you are right. I am having a small Business, and I am totally harassed by GST officers. They threaten us saying they will deactivate the account for small technical matters, like this invoice is billed in the wrong category etc. Finally the matter is settled by taking bribe, but even then the matter is never settled it is just pushed to next GST officer. Not a single CA concurs with their assessment. It is a rotten system where persecution has increased in the last 10 years.

It depends on severity, i was diagnosed with tumor and they took immediate actions and operated and they still give follow-up appointment.
