He reads the court like a Grandmaster reads a chess board. This explains his almost psychic-instinct when it comes to his knowing where to go, and how to get there. But it's on another level. Great "Basketball IQ". I do feel his style requires his Superior Athleticism, I wonder how his later career will look. Though he IS a shooter.

@@partyyartie well I saw Steph play many times in person since he was at tech, I even hung out with him and saw him play pick up. Steph had the same explosiveness as Ja. Steph had better handles imo than Ja. Steph stronger. Jah is also playing at a time where the game is more open due to rules. But he is similar to all those mentioned. They all had the same effect when they came in as young players.

@@indes2652 yeah D Rose was pretty close. And Bron too, damn I forgot he reached the Finals and dropped like 50 on the defensive animals that Pistons were at the time en route when he was 22. But Ja's shot is getting there. He just doesn't take them that much, because why should he? He's drive and slashing ability is so top notch nobody can stop it. That being said, I believe naturally - defenses will start to find ways to defend him better and take him out of the game in periods so he'll have to shoot more. His form is very promising, very balanced. So I think it's safe to say he's gonna be scary.

One thing I will say is that if you rewatch these highlights he gets a lot of shots/layups off by releasing them late and throwing of the defenders timing. Sometimes he lands with the ball still in his hands and then releases
