This contemporary family home situated on erf surrounded by green areas, allows for living out towards the ocean while maintaining total privacy. Northern exposure was ensured through the use of toplight windows which filters sunlight throughout this family home. What's more the ground floor is all on one level, making it an oasis for living and entertaining. Now that's clever and functional architecture!
