She focuses on material things and money because that's something she can understand. Money=happiness in her mind...and if you look closely into her character arc in both the show and webtoon you can clearly see that's all she really wants. Happiness and love. The things she's been deprived of.
I think your reasons lacks logic. If she wanted to have money, that only money can make her feel safe, she should earn it by herself, not by being a parasite
These two characters were very much misunderstood...They were hurting so much but people failed to see the real them. They'd been hurt and used by people so much so, that a part of them broke. I was rooting for them so much and the only reason I tolerated watching 'Cheese in the Trap'

i really love how they casted this sibling, they do look alike and their acting is so good! and no matter how 'fucked up' they are, i still have a soft spot for this two characters. thank goodness they at least have a somewhat good ending♡
Cheese in the Trap is my favourite show ever. It hit me in the feels a lot. It's realistic and In Ha and In Ho were the ones I'd always look forward to seeing together. And of course, I loved seeing Seol and In Ho together since they had way more chemistry than the her and Yoo Jung. But seriously, the siblings didn't deserve any of this. I hate Yoo Jung. He may think he had good morals but deep down he's just a spoilt brat that wants everything for his self because he convinced himself that he can't trust anyone
I felt really sad for the two of them and I didn't even realized how much I would hate Yoo Jung's dad. You can't just take in, feed and educate people just because you need something from them and when they're not useful anymore or that they have done something wrong, you just throw them out. Although I hated In Ha's character but knowing what had happened to them behind that somehow doesn't matter if you hate or love them.

I watched Doctors before I watched this and when I saw her here I didn’t recognize right away cause her role here was way different and she played it so well. Makes me feel like she’s like this irl too but then she switches into this completely diff person in diff series. My fav Korean actress prolly
Honestly, I think that Baek In ha and In ho's personal story was much more melancholic, I literally cried every five seconds with his personal stories and what they had been through, I could somehow understand them, on the one hand Baek In ha believed in Mr. Yu so much that she could not agree that he had disappointed her. In fact, their stories shocked me more than the entire series. I could sympathize with why they were the way they were. The traumas, the disappointments and the pain, I think that In ha sheltered all that in his obsession with purchases and wealth. On the other hand, In ho was more realistic and more sane so he already understood everything more rationally. Certainly, there was a time when In ha escaped her mask and let you show her sadness without all her arrogant and irritating attitude, that was the moment that hurt me the most. Mr. Yu is shit, honestly. And I firmly believe in ho's opinion about the old man.
I love this video, highlights their story so well. Thank you. Their story was the most interesting in the drama, along with Jeong's psychological problems that all were caused by the chairman.

I really didn't like her but seeing this now i realise that the person i like least is Yoo Jung . He looks colds as ice and the way he gets what he wants freaks me out . The most likeable person for me is In Ho and Hong Seol wish they were the couple
