Thank you❤❤❤
🤩🤩🤩
Reminds me of the arm movements from zumba but the way you position your hands looks loads nicer! Kept running into problems with the third one. Every time I attempted to go up through the center my fingers got tangled in my knotted hair 😅. Thank you!
😅😅😅 thats a small problem 😅😅
Hey Rasa, thank you for the video. I wanted to ask you in regards to the technique of the first one. I can see your arms are raising just on the sides without going to the back. May you please explain the difference of when arms are taken a bigger circle all the way behind your back and when they are going up just on the sides please? Also how much straight/relaxed the arms should be in the moment of rising? Thank you.
Sure , so when you raise both hands at the same time, they never need to go back a lot, always a comfortable relaxed circle. We take them back a bit more for exaggeration sometimes 😉. If you are in the partnerwork and you might need to raise one arm quickly, we take it back more so as not to hit the guy 😉. Does that makes sence ?
