Careful bro, Windnsea is literally a FAA "NO FLY ZONE" because of the landing path to Miramar McAS (Joe Foss Fld). Not only lose your drone, but get a fat ticket $$$$
Thank you, I appreciate your concern. I intend to be by the book and fully compliant. Can you point me to an authoritative source? My info (sectional charts, UAS facility maps, TFRs, NOTAMs, etc) indicates WnS is Class G under 700 feet (drones should not exceed 400 feet and I don't need to fly over 100 feet), Class E at 700 feet and then Class B at either 1800 or 4800 feet (all too high and irrelevant to drones). No LAANC is available anywhere near WnS. I guess I'll have to disagree, but I'm listening.
