@@MickeyMouse-lm6zj well maybe people were more polite in the UK but I just don't see the wit in it , in fact the Fast Show did a parody of it that's funnier than the original.
Shame he never made it in the states.
Arthur Askey was more suited to the music halls. His style of comedy didn't translate to film very well.
