Orange & Chocolate BABKA | Delicious DETAILED Recipe

Babka is definitely one of the trendiest and testiest baked goods of the moment. This week, I suggest you test this amazing orange and chocolate babka to spice things up. I went for bitter orange and chocolate chips since these two flavours go so well together. Added bonus, the orange jam add some moisture to the babka and a subtle bitter sweet taste.

Here are the ingredients:
530 g flour (4 2/3 cups)
100 g sugar (1/2 cup)
1 tbsp yeast and 2 tbsp water
3 large eggs
60 g milk (1/4 cup)
60 g water (1/3 cup)
A pinch of salt
150 g butter soft (3/4 cup)
Some bitter orange jam (approx. 250 g)
Chocolate chips (approx. 150 g)

You can mix the yeast right up with the salt. The salt will not kill the yeast. Try it.
