I think I know what he does, it called buffering, when you have done ur first input and you press the next key on ur keyboard, once the first input is done it will do the second input at the earliest frame.

you need to enable virtualization
steps if you need
step 1: boot up your pc
step 2: go to bios (if you dont know i will explain it later in the comment)
step 3: go to advanced mode (press F7)
step 4 scroll down and enable virtualization
step5: open bluestacks
step 6:go to settings
step 7: set cores to 1 core lower than the core you have like if you have 4 use 3 if you have more than 4 use custom cores no problem if you use max cores your pc will lag a little tho
step 8: scroll down and put fps to 240
step 9: save and restart your bluestacks
how to open bios?
you can see press del to open bios on the screen while booting up or if you have system settings in your boot menu(only available if you have multiple boot option) click on it and your done
