Im trying to fit parameters to a custom functions. But it fails and no iterations are performed. Im giving authentic initial values from a paper but still it fails without any iterations. Please help

I keep running into problems with the fit not converging. Tried changing the initial parameter values but still cannot seem to find a good fit. Any ideas?
