My heartiest congratulations! Myself had done the very same trip on Premier Padmini car, some 32 years ago. Wayback in the year 1992, something unheard of, in those days. Advancement in the field of communication & information technology, have revolutionised our lives, no doubt. But, had not been, the dramatic improvement of the highway infrastructure, during the last 25 years; these cross country trips, were considered impossible. There was no such expressway in those days. Followed the NH 3 & then NH 6. (OLD NOS.)
Great to know you had done this trip when we had probably just been born! Our parents also said the same thing that roads have improved by a large extent, which has allowed us to even have the courage to plan such a trip! We will upload plenty more videos of our journey. Hope you like them also :)

Nice bro. Not sure about sedan cars but Compact SUVs and above segments performed awesome, no bumps felt. I used to travel in this highway in every 3-4 months and travelled by Nexon and Creta.
Not sure about whether the problem is only with sedans as I have heard from other people who have driven their SUVs in Samruddhi, especially the new stretch between Ghoti & Shirdi exit, who have complained about the unevenness and bumps in some patches. Nevertheless, the expressway was a great boon for us to cover such a large distance in a short period of time.

Sorry for the late response but we faced absolutely no issues while crossing so many state borders. But just make sure all your paperwork is in order when travelling such long distances.
