Not really the best tournament in my opinion, there was only ever one winner. I am still convinced Viper loses some games on purpose, just enough to make the series interesting, he doesn't garrison in some games/ loses military where he would easily be able to avoid it ordinarily, something just seems odd, and I am not a Viper fan boy believe me all I want is for some one else other than Viper to win.

@@bigfatty2536 Saying the viper loses on purpose is a bit of over dramatizing. viper does make mistakes and when he does, the other players take it and win them. unfortunately he doesnt make many mistakes. Viper won the tournament and Hera won my respect (Viper already had it, so nothing to win there). You know, for one of Hera's first big championship opportunities, losing to the best player in the world by 2 games in a set of 11 is still really impressive.
Just one little point of critic: I think the overlays covered a bit too much of the screen. Apart from that: Amazing finals and the casting was really next level, absolutely great!
The only thing I could complain about here is the amount of compression in the video. The content and commentary is stellar. I don't even play the game.
thank you all. Best part was both of them smiling and talking in the end. I love all of you. Hera was amazing. Maybe next years he can win against Vİper. But Viper is too good to somebody can compete with him.
Just imagined these are just four friends deciding to make this look like a big competition in advance, but they are just for theirselves in their apartment.
I love the casting and NAC in general. I do always laugh at the analytics here, though. 1:57:50 Viper's scouting is exceptional and he found every gold. 1:58:20 Viper should've been scouting the front of Hera's base, what was he thinking?!
When Hera dropped that Turks pick I was REALLY hoping for some Cav Archer + Hussar magic. Maybe even add siege ram too. Play them like off-brand Mongols... Part of me still thinks it could have worked... Aren't Sipahi Cav Archers supposed to be the Turks counter to powerful ranged units?
Tristan has that annoying quirk of raising his voice like every sentence is a question. That being said, this was really fun to watch. Nili is hilarious, and both of these dudes are incredibly knowledgeable about the game. Good video!
Can someone tell me how you win in these matches? it seems like its a back n forth and the one of them wins all of a sudden. is it a time limit? a score you reach? cause on the 3rd match hera was still putting up a fight. Thanks so much!
players themselfes decide when to resign he was down in villiagers, down in military and down in map control (can't get to the neutral islands in the center that have the only remaining gold). so he decided he can't comeback.

First! Best final ever gonna rewatch!
Thanks Nili & Overlay guy for all your hard work! Great tournament!
The only thing I could complain about here is the amount of compression in the video. The content and commentary is stellar. I don't even play the game.
elaborate? :)
congrats to everyone involved, from casters to players, love to see this old game being so alive after all this time
although, hera's micro (for example with turk bombards vs. longbows) is some next level stuff also
Didn't follow for a day and suddenly it's the grand final VAAAT
As fun as Hidden Cup is to watch, is this tournament the best thing to happen for the people who actually comprise of the top of the AOE2 community?
Thanks for the video, enjoyed a lot!!! ❤️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Thanks for making this series! It was great
Could you also upload your closing words? I loved the sleep deprived emotional talk, had me tearing up.
How did t90 forget about skirm trap?!? I dont think he was more excited about anything throughout the series
This is the longest clip, i have ever watched on youtube, beside a 8 hours version of a sleeping music clip.
thank you all.
Finally had time to watch. Epic tournament final!
I am just starting to watch, I am so excited!!!
I love the casting and NAC in general. I do always laugh at the analytics here, though. 1:57:50 Viper's scouting is exceptional and he found every gold. 1:58:20 Viper should've been scouting the front of Hera's base, what was he thinking?!
Excellent tournament guys cheers from Chile
Great game! Great casting! What a well put together event all in all!
This was glorious. Hera deserves his place
Glad to see 2 awesome casters together...
Tristan has that annoying quirk of raising his voice like every sentence is a question. That being said, this was really fun to watch. Nili is hilarious, and both of these dudes are incredibly knowledgeable about the game. Good video!
Thanks for doing this .This is amazing 🤩
Best tourney! It#s just so much better with everyone being together :)
Great games, is there some place we can download the replays???
Hera checking the tech tree had me rolling!!! So funny!
Great Tournament from the beginning till the end! Well... maybe apart from those Mirror Matches in the Final! ;-)
I was expecting music and dance during the halftime show. Besides that 10/10.
Can someone tell me how you win in these matches? it seems like its a back n forth and the one of them wins all of a sudden. is it a time limit? a score you reach? cause on the 3rd match hera was still putting up a fight. Thanks so much!
players themselfes decide when to resign
he was down in villiagers, down in military and down in map control (can't get to the neutral islands in the center that have the only remaining gold). so he decided he can't comeback.
@@NiliAoE2 ohhh ok, that makes sense. pretty great games, thanks so much for your explanation and posting these vids
Final year, last med exams tomorrow and I just finished this...thanks Nili...what a journey
Nac4 is gonna be so hype! Can't wait!!!
3:08 t90 double checks with his hands to make sure nili actually said sneak 5 times
Take a shot every time Tristan says 'micro nerd' or some reference to that phrase
Great stuff Nili! Absolutely awesome
I love how in the trailer is says: with a prize pool of over $30
well it was over $30
so well done thx for the epic casting too
Now I think about it, Coronavirus might have started in Serbia. Daut had a terrible flu, and in NAC III spread the virus to Finland and China.
Hi there, awesome competition as usual, thx Nili for hosting. May I ask if the recorded games files will be available ?? Regards
Why was Spirit Of the Law not invited to trow some lit math into the mix?
I with Spirit was there
Casting isn't really SotL's cup of tea.
@@Progeusz Not for casting but for in-between commentary, like in any sport, he would be the best at it
Love the AOE community!
