To be fair, technically the players aren’t supposed to go over there, and there’s a barrier to prevent getting too far off the river bank. There are places where the slip and fall mechanics on top of those barriers are a little weird. You can get past it by taking the long around the southwest corner of the map, but there are a lot of places on the south and east banks of the river where you can suddenly slip down and not be able to get back up
