    خيركم من تعلم القرآن و علمه
    الكلم الطيب . الذكرى و الإجتهاد
    MashaAllah this series brings to mind, for me, the Hadith ;
    The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The best among you are those who learn the Qur'an and teach it
    May Allah increase you and us in beneficial knowledge.
    سبحان الله و بحمده سبحان الله العظيم
    اللهم اغفر لنا و ارحمنا برحمتك يا كريم فوق الارض و تحت الأرض و يوم العرض يا ارحم الراحمين.
    اللهم إنا نسألك العفو و العافيه.
    لا إله إلاّ أنت سبحانك إني كنت من الظالمين.

    Alhamdu Lillah, this tafseer session has been particularly excellent. I like the concise explanations of each ayat and, specifically, the discussion of the fitrah. The video pays testament to the effort put in, Allahuma barik.

    Many thanks sheykh! I have found your videos on tafseer only recently, and I have been watching them for several days since then. I've started from Sura Al Fatiha and I am on tafseer number 7 now. They are very helpful in understanding the Holy Qur'an. Though I have been reading the Qur'an in Russian for over ten years or so, I've learnt a lot from you. Every piece of diamond you share is precious to me but most of all I liked your views on an evil eye and envy. "Do not wish your neighbour's house, wife or slave" is the last but not the least commandment of Allah to Musa a.s. according to the Old Testament. The Christian and Jewish sources even mention the calamity that 'envy' or wishing someone's blessings brought to the life of Dovud a.s. or as a result of him sending Uriy, Versavia's husband to war and marrying her instead. I also liked you saying that though Allah is Merciful, yet no sin remains unpunished. Again according to the Old Testament though Dovud a.s was dear to Allah, nevertheless his son Avessalom (I'm writing the Russian version of the names, they might be a bit different in English) killed his brother Amnon because of his sister Famar (The Kings II 12:13). Moreover Avessalom is even accused of ... (The Kings II 16:22) and I believe Dovud a.s faced all of this because of him opening the door to shayateen due to failing to follow God's commandments on not killing and envying. Being deeply interested in Allah's revelations, as well as being of Persian origin, I like the Old Testament, since three of my kings: Cyrus (in Persian Kurushi Kabir), Dariy - Doriush, Artaxerks - Akhashverosh are mentioned in Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezdra, Neemia, Daniel and etc. According to them the Second Temple was built in compliance with God's will, as well as the support of at least these three Persian kings. By the way, that is the Temple where Jesus a.s. was brought to since his childhood, as well as preached in it. Cyrus is even named as a Messiah in Isaiah 45:1. I'm very happy that I have found you and thank you for bringing the 'light upon light' to our hearts. May Allah bless you abundantly!

    Asalamu aleykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh Brother Tim humble .
    I wanted to bring important matter in to your mind. Wallahi it's hard to overcome addictions .It took me 2 years just to figure out how to overcome my addictions after relapsing so many times. As you are among youth and you are changing them, it will be the best for those who are not addicts and those who are addicts, to build a boarding madrasah for them and keep them their for like two years and that will help them to overcome their addictions and learn the basic of the Deen very well.

    Ayah 8: Ustadh, you're saying that Allah Inspired us as having clear understanding of right and wrong. I understood this verse (in relation to the next ayah) as Allah Invoked in us good and evil. I took it to mean that we have in ourselves some good qualities (righteousness) and some evil tendencies. Meaning everyone is born with certain strengths and weaknesses. Would this understanding be the same as what you are explaining?

    Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh sheikh Tim Humble, I hope you're well.
    I hope you will be able to help. I have a quick question, Islamic is it permissible to give sadaqah on behalf of someone you like or hold dear but you are not married to you. I was speaking to this girl and we are going through a sticky situation. I have made several but small donations to her local mosque with her being at the forefront of my mind. I have not made her aware of the donations but can I. The donation made me close to Allah SWT and her

    At 91:15 he mentioned that guidance and missguidance is by Allah… guidance is from Allah, but absolutely not misguidance. Miss guidance is from evil. And our own selves. If Miss guidance is also from Allah, then there is no point of any of this.
